This is coming from a place where ever where you go, you will meet people who are positive and open towards building connections. Even if you’re grabbing coffee, you will for sure connect with people, be it a coworkers or manager, they care about your well being. It the type of personality trait they look for when hiring individuals and it shows through their culture.
