Pros
20 days annual leave each year.
Cons
Near minimum wage pay.
No development (from a training provider??).
No company bonus, working from home policy, or other benefits.
No promotion opportunities.
Corrupt management - years after I left, about 30 staff made a claim against the company directors. They reportedly didn't turn up for the court hearing.
No regular reviews. I had one after 6 months, and then never again for years at the company.
In-compassionate leadership. When I left, the company directors made jokes about how I didn't talk. As a graduate, it damaged my confidence and, working at the company, wasted some of the most important years of my career after university.
