The Product Team consists of individuals who have incredible autonomy and ownership built for vast amounts of growth opportunities at Inspire (post Shell Energy LLC acquisition). Inspire's welcoming culture paired with unique and interesting employees, make it an absolute pleasure for me to work here on a daily basis. Product Management roles include highly cross-functional work requiring in-depth understanding of all facets of the company (different departments). I feel as though I can add value in such a meaningful way at Inspire. My brain stays active and I'm constantly engaged (hard to be complacent when you're working on exciting things). My specific product manager role's responsibilities: improving core business processes by utilizing automation technology and financial data analytics to create industry-leading customer experiences. Experiencing such a goal-oriented and incentivized culture first-hand at Inspire Clean Energy truly motivates me to challenge myself in a healthy way. I am optimistic about what the future holds.
