Overall Good Company, Do Not Recommend MX - Member Experience Specialist Inspire Employee Review

Pros

At the time I was there, Inspire had earnest initiatives in wellness, DE&I, and a generally positive company culture. Pre-pandemic events were fun, including an all-company retreat.

Cons

Working on MX is very different than working in any other department in the company. You have a limitation to the 'unlimited' PTO, since it is an operational role you are often excluded from all company opportunities (including chances to network outside your department) and all company meetings. Growth opportunities were not nearly as available as it is made to sound in the interview process. Customer service is a hard job, and the NPS score for this company does not make it any easier.
