The non upper management folks are awesome folks to work with. The Philadelphia office has a friendly atmosphere. Growing company.
Cons
Inexperienced upper management with poor people and product lifecycle skills. Conflicting communication, micro-management and constantly changing goals are the norm. Expect lots of unpaid and unappreciated overtime. Processes are not built to resolve customer issues in a timely manner, only the biggest customers get attention when they threaten to leave. Lots of much needed improvements and customer requests sits in work cue for years. Many product offerings are stale, poorly designed, and not maintained. Healthcare payments is a non innovative industry few are passionate about. Benefits are meh, pay is not competitive.
