Very clear expectations from day 1, with plenty of support from senior management on how to achieve targets and improve these over time
No micro-management, you are trusted to be independent in all the work you do but are held to account as a result (which works to help you improve and learn from any mistakes)
Communication is very open and honest, and the Director's have managed to curate an environment where staff feel compelled to help each other through sharing ideas, candidates, leads etc.
Aside from this, there are monthly lunch clubs, yearly trips, and half days out including the Ale Trail which contribute further to a really positive team culture

None, you have set KPIs and targets but this can only be expected from a high performing recruitment agency. If you are happy to work hard, there will be no cons
