Cons

Too many to list here. The amount of work is insurmountable, resources are unavailable, you are given tasks to complete with little guidance or desired outcomes. Almost the entire executive team and skilled people have left since I started and there will probably be more to leave (not a bad thing).

Pros

Fair Starting Salary, Nice Office Space, Ample Parking

Cons

There is always a spirit of fear within the ranks......What a horrible and stressful way to work. I have witnessed good hard working people lose their positions because the head of certain departments wanted a fresh crew to work with, or worse yet certain "leaders" just didn't like a person because that person was there to do his/her job and not compliment or bow down to the pretentious self exalting leader. Promises made to practices by upper management (renaissance team) , become a nightmare to produce. IF unable to produce things get ugly.....quick. AND the said leaders of the departments will immediately come down on the staff instead of taking a hard look in the mirror and the errors of the promises made. Each departments leadership (except for accounting, they have a strong leader) has no clue as to what really takes place where all the work is done. The Benefits Package is absolutely horrible......What you will pay for your family and then never use because the deductibles are so incredibly high is just throwing you HARD EARNED money out the window.
