Pros

1)Ample Parking 2)Colleagues that work within "your" department 3)Free Coffee/Pay Day Lunch 4)Vending Machines 5)HR trying to promote ppl to be healthy

Cons

1)Senior Management doesn't practice what they preach. You have one individual in Senior Management that is a narcissist and a bully. Just because you hold a senior level position doesn't mean that you have the right to insult, bully, hoover over employees like a vulture, talk about them to other individuals in other depts OR even "your" own dept thinking it doesn't get back to them. You will never be able to respectfully disagree with this individual because once you do.... they will plot, plan and execute you to no longer have a position at the company. 2)HR cant....Oh I mean won't "dare" help you because individuals in Senior Management are buddies and if you're brave enough to speak out eventually you will be axed. 3)Management has no clue what happens in the "real" world of INMD......meaning the amount of work that goes on, when you're told a "new system" still has kinks , or the system won't integrate with another existing system that is a necessity for a team to function properly. 4)Some individuals in management love NOT to inform the CEO of issues that they've been advised about by their team.....but claim the team never told them.....just straight out lie. 5)Leadership needs to actual have people in place to "train" new employees that come into a dept. Don't chastise them for not knowing something and you as the "offical/unoffical/official"head of the department didn't ensure that they have the necessary tools to succeed. 6)Don't have ppl write these oh so pleasant reviews trying to make ppl believe that leadership is oh so transparent. 7)There is no loyalty to individuals that have been there more than 5 years...."for one particular dept"..It's so obvious not only to the ppl in that department but to other departments as well. 8)Leadership snatched away leaving at 3pm the day before a holiday starting on Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. We have FAMILIES that we would like to spend "QUALITY TIME" with as well. It seems like every other dept INCLUDING mgmt still leaves early and "only" one dept has to stay and work until 5pm (totally unfair). 8)Leadership is not held accountable for their nefarious/ black-hearted behaviors and poor decisions. Stop taking credit for ideas you didn't come up with. 9)no promotions for ppl that have actually been there more than 5 years. If you come in under 5 years..your surely going to be promoted. 10)If an employee has requested to go to training to learn more about a particular system, it should be worked out where they are able to do that. Assist your employees, help them grow. 11)Marketing please stop spending some much money.

Cons

No raises, huge turnover Senior management only in it for themselves, rarely held accountable for bad behaviors/decisions, tone deaf to their staff with a "do as I say and not as I do" attitude If you are seeking a career path with development opportunities, this is not the place for you. If you want good benefits and 401k match, this is not the place for you.

Pros

The people that I work with, for the most part. Management has no clue how to manage projects, processes, or people. The result is missing quarterly goals, not receiving bonuses, and (worst of al

Cons

Too many to list here. The amount of work is insurmountable, resources are unavailable, you are given tasks to complete with little guidance or desired outcomes. Almost the entire executive team and skilled people have left since I started and there will probably be more to leave (not a bad thing).
