Pros
Very understanding of family situations. 401k (non-matching). Fully covered insurance (Kaiser Permanente). Works on a government schedule (all government holidays off, tele-work on days where government is closed). Yearly Christmas bonus if company is doing well.
Cons
Everyone is salary so they can take advantage of not paying for overtime. Some roles don't respect your time outside of the office. No company cars, and low compensation for taking your own, which may be a requirement. They take advantage of the catchall "whatever is expected of you" in your job description to hold you to standards and expectations that you are not qualified for.
