      Everyone works hard and cooperates. Everyone helps each other and is supportive. It is a very professional environment.

      Some of the software is very old and antiquated, making it hard to support.

      The core team members are great. You'll have a lot of cross-training involved. If you like assistive technology, you'll have a great time with the machinery.

      Cons

      The company runs on an outdated CRM system. Runs on a bottom-up level organization that has a slow process. No agile methodologies were implemented. Do not work with Pat.
