      There are truly no real pros

      Owner Pete Tomasko dominates every meeting with stories about himself and his recovery journey, but avoids producing real results. Company culture is built on promises, not paychecks. Most are 1099 and barely earn anything while being asked to make endless cold calls. Senior recruiters get the deals! Others do the grunt work and get cut when they’re close to earning.

      Pros

      After 3 years with IPG, I can honestly say this job changed me for the better. Recruiting here feels like a personal development course that you get paid to attend. You are pushed to improve every day, but you’re also supported the whole time. Leadership is present, the team works together, and you learn how to build confidence and real skills. The new office setup adds to the energy. It feels like a true sales floor where people are motivated and working toward the same goals. IPG is a great place if you want more than just a job.
