      There are truly no real pros

      Cons

      Owner Pete Tomasko dominates every meeting with stories about himself and his recovery journey, but avoids producing real results. Company culture is built on promises, not paychecks. Most are 1099 and barely earn anything while being asked to make endless cold calls. Senior recruiters get the deals! Others do the grunt work and get cut when they’re close to earning.

      There’s an opportunity to earn money on successful client placements if they pay.

      Cons

      Working here was frustrating. The environment is full of drama and offers little support or loyalty among staff. The owners prioritize profit over people, and pay only comes through contingency based placements, which can take a long time to materialize.
