There is a lot of drama for a small company. The co-founders are difficult to deal with as they are out of touch with the times, product, and employees. Inappropriate comments are made in all-company meetings and un 1:1s. When asked about "screaming" at employees, the answer is "they are so much better than they were before," which is a way to dismiss the bad behavior. Management team hires people for their experience and expertise but won't listen to employees when suggesting new ways of doing things. They are very reactionary to the clients needs instead of planning out updates or enhancements.
