I was placed from college here, i had to move to Bengaluru with all the dreams in my heart that one day I'll become Manager. First 10 days was training, when i started working i realised I've to work more than 9 hours each day. There was so much pressure to perform and get sale. That's when i decided to leave after roughly 2 months. I loved the people over there but i didn't love the work i was doing which was basically selling really expensive IT courses. However i made a whopping 2.65 lakh sale in my first month as a trainee.
Cons
Compression structure is a fraud. They'll give you an offer letter with 9 LPA package but when you see the structure only 4.65 is fixed. Out of which first 3 months you'll be paid only 22k per month. After 6 months when you ask for raise they'll fire you (Heard from colleagues working there) as they're continuously hiring.
