      Pros

      Ambiente de trabalho e muito bom, instalações da empresa também, ambientes limpos com ar condicionado, almoço é muito bom e pagamentos em dia.

      Cons

      Empresa sem plano de carreira, setores defasados, colaboradores não tem crescimento algum, coordenadores despreparados só visam o lado da empresa, pois tem medo de se comunicarem com a diretoria e propor melhorias aos funcionários.

      Pros

      InterMed genuinely cares about their employees. They want us happy and healthy and go to great lengths to achieve this. If it’s not the CEO of the company, personally pushing around a coffee cart for employee appreciation events….its goat yoga or food trucks.

      Cons

      At times staffing can be a challenge, but I feel like that has always been an issue as a Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant. Often times, staff that are sent to locations as “floats” (to cover sick calls etc,) take on the attitude that it’s not truly their site, and therefore they don’t really have to work. It’s super frustrating.
