      The connections made along the way.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees. The growth of the company far exceeded its capacity and bandwidth. A lot of, "restructuring" and many layoffs and even more persistent turnover. Very poor management. Please consider elsewhere.

      None! The worst culture I have ever worked in!

      Cons

      They pay is horrible and they expect you to dedicate your life to this job. The expectations are outrageous! Anyone that doesn’t “drink the kool aid” is eaten alive. They make it such a hostile work environment that you leave or they will get rid of you asap! Management tells you they want to hear from you then use anything they hear against the employees.

      Incompetent company, terrible training the co workers think they are in charge and run the place..... Terrible set up, all the staff have jump shipped else where. There is your sign. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. A WASTE OF TIME. Company is ran very poorly...... No structure... The employees run the SHOW..... SAD AND CAN NOT KEEP PEOPLE. I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau.... I will not be surprised if this place SHUTS DOWN.. VERY INCOMPETANT BUSINESS. RUN AND DO NOT APPLY.
