Pros
Clear promotion structure and career progression which is more than achievable. Autonomy to work in your own way, supportive and understanding hands on management, company car option for managers, competitive salaries and internal training/workshops.
Cons
Better/more benefits and incentives are needed and company social events, staff can burn out quite quickly meaning there is often a quick turn around off staff and not all offices work in the same way which can be frustrating.
