Awful - Recruitment Consultant Interaction Recruitment Employee Review

Where do I start? The owner was rude and has no respect for staff. The culture was dog eat dog, and the consultants are very territorial over accounts. There was a lot of conflict between team members. There is no real HR team in place, and big mistakes are made on payroll. A lot of staff walked out throughout the pandemic due to being poorly treated. Furlough was also abused, and for those who were not on furlough were made to work in the office regardless of government guidelines. The company is very disjointed.
