Pros

This is a great company to work for. I started at the bottom and made my way up. There is always room for growth here and the more you learn and utilize your knowledge in the company, the more you get compensated accordingly. The people are great to work with and we have a great team of managers. Another great thing is there is no middle man between you and the president. He is always at reach when needed.

Cons

The only thing would be minimal benefits.

Pros

variety of tasks to keep you busy. Management that allows individual skills to grow. Hard work is rewarded, and chances for overtime. Doughnuts galore, and coworkers are the best.

Cons

As a help desk tech support you will be facing a lot of angry customers. Dealing with outrages expectations of a few customers.
