Pros

Great experience. The People are amazing to work with.

Cons

The pay is very low for the amount of work you do. Almost no benefits. Computers and Equipment are very old and outdated. Stress is an everyday thing. Very undervalued until you decide to leave, then you are somewhat valuable. Do not work here if you are looking for a long term job.

Hellish nightmare

Pros

The majority of the people are good and hard-working. The job is great for beginners in the field to learn.

Cons

Not counting the low pay, long hours, high level of stress, management expecting you to work after-hours from home, lack of QA, lack of peer review, and lack of good equipment? The one thing that made the job unbearable at the end was my boss's complete disregard for his employees. He doesn't respect them as people, and it becomes more and more painfully evident the more time you spend with him. It didn't help that his legally questionable and morally reprehensible personal lifestyle bled over into work while he made almost no attempt to hide it.
