      Ok for contract work - Compensation Analyst Internal Data Resources Employee Review

      Pros

      Easy interviewing, decent for contract work even though you'll be a W2 employee of IDR.

      Cons

      Rough onboarding, constant Payroll issues, ZERO maternity or Paternity benefits and risk of loosing medical coverage when out on leave or uncontracted. Literally no contact with any other IDR employees.
