Pros
Employees are friendly. If you want/need a job vs unemployment - work here until you can find something better.
Cons
They completely lie at your interview about the "average pay" you will make on 100% commission. After leaving, I have ran into others who have worked there and said the same thing - they straight up lie about your pay. While working there, the sales numbers the pay is based on are not correct. The sales managers play favorites within the team - such as not assigning points when a person calls in for PTO. Points are used anytime you are late or call in. PTO was not always used as it was supposed to - some people didn't get charged PTO when taking time off, as if they were working instead. Team meetings were barely ever held. The supervisor level stood around talking and not actually doing anything, which was great for morale. Or if you needed help you couldn't get anyone's attention cause they weren't watching their team - when you are 100% on the phone - it is important to be able to get supv to your desk if needed. The office is crammed with people - packed in like sardines.
