People are very open and active

They talk too much to work good

Struggling to find any. There was a good vibrant culture at the start although more for socialising than working.

Terrible leadership, The 3 leaders do not communicate whatsoever. Company lost 75% of workforce and still they blame anyone but themselves. Lazy management who dictate but don’t do any recruitment themselves.
