      Terrible leadership. Poor communication.

      Pros

      Struggling to find any. There was a good vibrant culture at the start although more for socialising than working.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, The 3 leaders do not communicate whatsoever. Company lost 75% of workforce and still they blame anyone but themselves. Lazy management who dictate but don’t do any recruitment themselves.

      Pros

      I love the culture and environment that allows us to thrive. Incentives are amazing - abroad trips, days out, team building events and we have hit them all in the last 2 years! I have earned more commission in the last year than I thought was possible and built and great customer base that I am proud of having a quality partnership with.

      The offices are very busy and sometimes get loud
