Confused ownership - Customer Service Inverse Medical Employee Review

Communication between management and employees is non existent. Ownership behavior is unprofessional. Micromanagement is awful from both ownership and management operations but yet no clear direction on what is to be done since everyone seems confused and somewhat scared to speak up. Turnover is an issue. From my experience, no one lasts more than 3 months. Equipment is not properly maintenanced resulting in upset customers and again no support from operations. Management leaves early so long hours expected to be worked but no overtime allowed.
