      Scatter brained and confused (yet micro-managing) management. Roles and expectations always changing and unclear. Inefficient and incorrect processes - don’t bother trying to help. Management is inflexible and defensive about suggestions. High turnover with many people quitting after a short period of time. Too many stressed out and crying coworkers.

      There are no pros in working for this company.

      Cons

      This company is so disorganized. Upper management takes credit for all the work you do. Scatterbrained. Turnover rate is horrendous. People leave for other jobs after a short periodnof time. No HR Department on site. CEO has no idea what's going on with his company. Less than 20 regular employees everyone else is contract. Upper management totally incompetent. You are reminded every month to leave positive feedback on working there because there is nothing but negative honest feedback. No clear job definition. No ethics in how they bill their patients, especially elderly patients. No 401k and no opportunity for advancement.
