Many white, male, pale, stale managers lurking particularly in the Private Banking and Wealth businesses....adding no value and just there to pay for their grandchildrens education. Many in-groups, constant promotion of diversity and inclusion but under the surface nothing really happening. Little room for promotion unless you are part of in-groups and said management listed above. A lot of unnecessary corporate BS takes place wasting time, budgets and decreasing morale. 4/5 days a week in office leaving little flexibility for working parents even though there are many claims for inclusive culture. CEO female and yet doesn't feel like females are supported.
