Have you ever heard of this brand name before,then gather information well before leaping. Performance management and measurement is whimsical,impractical and absurd. Looking for a job, you can have one here, but cannot have a career, as the structure is structure. Do not want to grow,experiement and have no opportunity at hand,then stay here for sure. Alarming attrition and infant death,may be due to booming economy or planned lay-offs. You can't even leave them in good faith after years of service, will ruin your background checks. Scary work life balance due to constant stress,over burden of work and distrust in employees. Depressed due to unfair treatment even when it comes to paying the signed dues. While you are still getting interviewed,you will experience that a prospect employee can be tested in all possible and allowed ways.But be patient,this will not take more than four months. It is truly worth for foreigner or employee from outside Indian subcontinent to work here. Job rotation exists,quality department may be doing ceremonials,administration and trainings. HR is poor,no say in any matter.HR to be interviewed by all employees to increase retentivity.. Fuel cost for office work on own vehicle is paltry and no reimbursement for mobile bills on local/ISD. Ask beforehand if you will be provided internet connection at home for working in US timings. Good to live in illusions that location has a very low cost of living,till you see holes in your pockets.
