      If you want to humiliate Your Self this is the best company..... Only positive is that engineers are really good and co-operative but helpless.

      Totally Uneducated & Uncultured Local & USA management. The person who is calling him self a CFO has recruited his family members in Key position, and the worst is that they never know how to run office & office operation. Due to there worst management they closed there bangalore office and staff has not received there 3 months salary. Even ahmedabad office has also salary problem. Never trust on there recruitment team HR,Admin,Accounts team is totally disgusting... Big Zero transparency in work culture... THEY FORCED THERE EMPLOYEE TO WRITE POSITIVE REVIEW ON GLASS-DOOR SO BE CAREFUL...

      Small company Not much room for growth or advancement Run my family hierarchy Awkward social environment I would not recommend

      Cons

      This place shows no loyalty. The higher ups are immoral and fail to see what it is ethically fit. Fails to reimbursement employees for their costs. Working here i know for a fact that the other reviews are fabricated. They are known for belittling people.

      Technical managers in usa thinks they are the God and jumped directly from heaven.. Micro management at the core.. 0% focus on employee satisfaction Management plays with the paychecks of employees. . Totally if you want to get messed up with your work life.. this is the right place.. At same time, you are a techie and dont mind working 12 to 16 hrs a day and dont worry abt career and just money. .this company is good
