Pros

Hybrid schedule and nice coworkers.

Cons

Promotions are all about who you know. Poor management. There’s a new manager excellence initiative but, it’s just a new way of managing up, the actual workers don’t matter unless you can make management look good. They use WADU to track and monitor your whereabouts at all times. They monitor your social media content. They don’t want to pay overtime so they make you an exempt employee and then over work you. It’s a “do more with less” culture You are not allowed to personalize your cubicle but the managers can have anything they want in their offices. They make it very clear that the worker is disposable.

Pros

I loved working at Chase in Home Equity and First Mortgage. Decent pay, decent managers that were supportive.

Cons

The business credit card department is an absolute nightmare - avoid! We got moved around due to housing market changes. Understandable but they also made it seem like it was going to be the best thing that could happen to us. Told us we wouldn’t be answering calls and then it was full blown call center. It was the literal worst. Most unorganized, unsupportive, dumpster fire of a department.
