Pros

JPMorgan Chase is a well-known, prestigious company. Part-time employees regularly scheduled to work just 20 hours or more each week are eligible for benefits. Great work/life balance Opportunity to earn bonuses based on company and individual performance Employer-matching on charitable giving

Cons

Thinking really hard, I suppose a downside of working at JPMorgan Chase, or any other financial institution for that matter, is the heightened scrutiny and regulation that the government has on our employer. With the company being as huge as it is, it is easy to be overlooked.

Pros

I loved working at Chase in Home Equity and First Mortgage. Decent pay, decent managers that were supportive.

Cons

The business credit card department is an absolute nightmare - avoid! We got moved around due to housing market changes. Understandable but they also made it seem like it was going to be the best thing that could happen to us. Told us we wouldn’t be answering calls and then it was full blown call center. It was the literal worst. Most unorganized, unsupportive, dumpster fire of a department.
