Pros
The discount is pretty good, the management can be flip floppy (but over all nice), and the right people show that they TRUELY appreciate what it is everyone does. Plus, they always feed us on holidays, or surprise occasions.
Cons
No one is really on the same page in terms of management. 'Oh can we do x' One manager will say yes, another will say no, and someone else will say to ask a different person entirely.
