Pros
Great people to work with and for, solid company to work with and for, decent benefits. I've worked at other retailers, JCP best by far.
Cons
There really is not too many downsides, sure, the hours at holiday are long, but they are everywhere in the industry. Over all if you are lucky enough to have a great manager it is a really good place to work.
