Pros

The hours are decent. Paid time off for full-time employees.

Cons

Not enough employees, not enough help. Way too much micromanaging. No room for advancement if you are not a favorite. No benefits for part-time employees. Upper management doesn't get involved enough to understand what's actually going on in the stores.

Great Maintenance department with a great team of Managers and Senior technicians to learn from each day.

Cons

Pay was low for the work load.

its a good starter job for someone in high school

Cons

schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
