      Corperate thinks if they put a band-aid on processes it will fix the shrink and customer problem. They come up with stupid ideas and then pull that idea back after they hold you responsible for a year then say that process was broken anyway.

      Great Maintenance department with a great team of Managers and Senior technicians to learn from each day.

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
