      The most that i can say that was great about working here at J.C.Penny is your customer service abilities grows

      Cons

      Upper management is horrible, they haven't any type of inclination on what their employees are doing, they have no clue what area their employees work in. But all they care about is the profit and the customer profit reflection.

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
