Pros
Great place to work if you want to stay busy! JCPenney has been good to me; in turn I have been good to them. TEAM is KEY. If you aren't a team player, please do not apply.
Cons
Since the company took away or made it hard to be eligible for benefits, it has been hard to keep good people. Turnover last 2 months has been about 20 employees. The company is NOT transparent. JCP limits most employees to under 25 hours so they don't have to give PTO. Most employees have 2 jobs to make ends meet because of this. That is sad that so many companies really don't care about you until they need you. Being open on Thanksgiving is a disappointment.
