The company has consistently shown that it does not care about its people. Minimal (in some cases, zero) pay increases for the past two years despite supposedly good financial results. Excessive workload for some. No clear path to promotion or skills development unless your direct boss is committed to it.
We’re losing talent left and right, but nothing changes. Feels like management has its head in the sand.
CEO says all the right things and seems to truly care about diversity/inclusion, but the lack of any substantial action on pay, workload, promotions, etc makes it ring hollow.
