      Pros

      Literally not a single one.

      Cons

      This is the most god-awful place to work on earth. All those glowing review? Fake. Turnaround rate is wildly high and management lovesss to say that those who leave "just weren't JOOR material". Sure, okay. No work-life balance because you are expected to work insane hours for low pay. They treat you like you are human garbage. How is this company still functioning? Literally do not apply here, and for god's sake, do not accept a job here.

      Pros

      I am very appreciative of my time at JOOR. Working at JOOR over the course of the last 4 years has been a really rewarding experience. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, and they’ve created an environment where people feel valued. I’ve had plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, whether through mentorship, new responsibilities, or just being encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The company also does a great job of maintaining work-life balance. Thanks again for 4 amazing years.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, but most of the challenges here are normal growing pains or things leadership is actively working to improve.
