      Pros

      Jabil is the world's third largest contract manufacturer. Working here, I get to see how almost everything is made. The engineering services community has freedom to design, prototype and deploy all kinds of fixtures and processes that are used in manufacturing.

      Cons

      Because of the way projects ramp, there are some times of the year with extremely long hours. Because Jabil is so large, there can be a lot of red tape when trying to make things happen.

      Pros

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
