Pros
-no strict schedule for salary employees -free to leave early and come in late as needed as long as your stuff gets done -great teams
Cons
-awful work/life balance -expected to answer calls at all hours -sink or swim culture, bogus trainings -jump when asked (don't ask how high, just jump) -management has open doors to listen but won't act upon anything because they're dealing with all the day to day chaos -too political, more promotions happen out of connections rather than performance and merit
