      Pros

      Very Casual environment. We work hard but it is gratifying. Team oriented most of the time. There is plenty of room for growth depending on what functional area you want to go into.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Customer dictates your life. Favoritism is prominent in deciding who gets a job.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
