      Pros

      There are a few smart people there. I hope you can find them. It's not the A level performers unfortunately.

      Cons

      It's a good old boys club. If you're not of a certain skin color, sex, and ethnicity, you're going to hit a glass ceiling. The company is who you know, not what you know. You can lose millions on a sale/job, and still be rewarded. And they'll lay you off to raise stock prices.

      Some lack of policies more specifically for my location, and bureaucracy can slow decision making and responsiveness.
