      Pros

      Learned new equipment very high paced environment. Always something new to to figure out with equipment.

      Cons

      They wanted you there every week end even if made plans in advance. There was a saying there if you made plans be ready to cancel at last minute notice.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
