      A GOOD platform for fresh graduate to explore the actual way of ENGINEER being of. High workload with reasonable salary payment for senior level employees. More benefits included.

      Cons

      Over time always needed, planning couldn't meet goal "sometimes". Lack of internal workcell communication and low basic salary for fresh graduate employees.

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
