      Very Safety conscious and a lot of training/room for advancement in different departments/casual atmosphere and good bonds with personnel/401K and profit sharing

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management, supervisors in regards as to what is going on/lack of direction and of any changes / benefits are employee 'unfriendly' ....

      Get paid if there is or isn't anything to do.

      Cons

      Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
