Pros
The only real reason to stay at James Allen is because some of the people are good-natured.
Cons
At James Allen, there is a shared ideology among management that doesn't bode very well. They seem to believe that yelling, "PICK UP THAT CALL. PICK UP THAT CHAT" is a great replacement for sufficient staffing. They are growing exponentially but they have no clear plan to improve by coaching, or other methods. You can pitch ideas to management to really improve the business, but to no avail. You will be provided a list of excuses why a more helpful infrastructure is a terrible idea and basically be told you shouldn't suggest a thing. Also, don't expect much in way of helpfulness. Your support snd supervisors are so over-worked that they will do anything possible to pass the buck. This company needs real changes and help, but, that won't happen.
