Pros

I can’t say enough about the people in Support at Jane. It’s a team full of smart, caring humans who genuinely want to help each other win. There’s a real partnership here. No egos, just people showing up for each other and for our customers. The work is meaningful and interesting. We’re not just answering tickets, we’re supporting practitioners who are building and running their businesses, and that responsibility matters. Jane is growing and evolving in exciting ways, improving the product and expanding who we get to serve, while staying grounded in the culture of care and heart that made it special. This has honestly been one of the best teams and roles I’ve been part of.

Cons

This is a pro for me, but for those who prefer a slower pace and consistency, you will have to consider whether Jane is for you. Jane is growing, and like other hyper-growth companies, change is constant. Priorities can shift as we scale, and that can feel fast at times. But it also means there are opportunities to shape what we’re building and have real impact.

Pros

Jane is without a doubt, the best company I’ve ever worked for. The team is incredibly supportive, fostering a collaborative and positive environment where everyone is eager to help each other. Our leadership places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, offering flexibility that makes it easy to manage both professional and personal commitments. There are ample opportunities for growth and development, and the leadership team is approachable, transparent, and genuinely cares about the well-being and progression of employees.

Cons

While Jane is doing an amazing job managing growth, there are occasional growing pains as the company scales. Sometimes, adjustments to processes and structures take a little time to settle in, but with the strong team support, it’s entirely manageable.
