- Salary is given on time - Good training - Overtime is paid

- Work environment involves crab mentality - Asking tasks that are not part of job description - additional tasks but salary is not increased - no work life balance, need to go office on saturdays and holidays - need to call even though shift has ended, added to the reason why there’s no work life balance. it’s recommendable that they should hire a night-shift CSR to monitor 2nd trip and night del truckers instead of making one day-shift CSR extend more work until night
