Too many owners, not enough aircraft. Try to use the Honda jets like they’re G450s. Upper management across all departments not on the same page. Client experience management demanding trips be on time despite operational capacity. Credit cards always declining, FBOs refusing to service aircraft because of outstanding invoices. Aircraft sitting in MX hangars because of outstanding invoices. Entry level pay in operations is horrible for the responsibility you have. Non existent career growth plan
